Education:

2003 M.S. Fishery and Wildlife Biology, Colorado State University
1992 B.S. Biology, University of Puget Sound

Expertise/Specialty:

My recent research has focused on telemetry and survival studies with juvenile salmonids at hydroelectric projects on the Columbia and Snake rivers. We use mark/recapture technology to evaluate survival of juvenile salmonids through specific routes of hydroelectric projects and reaches throughout their downstream migration. My research also uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial analysis and design of surveys.

Research Interests:

Salmon ecology, Mark/Recapture survival studies, Invasive Species GIS, Bioenergetics, and Climate Change
