M.S. Fisheries, Humboldt State University. Currently serves as Fishery Biologist with the Western Fisheries Research Center, Dixon Duty Station. Research interests include fish-water quality interactions, and life history and ecological requirements of fishes.

Ms. Martin has investigated the water quality tolerances of the Lost River sucker in Upper Klamath Lake and the habitat requirements of desert pupfish and California freshwater shrimp. She has also participated in several contaminants studies associated with agricultural drainwater, acid-mine drainage, historical gold mining activities, and other land uses in California.
